Co-Founder
Dr. Chris Noah is a clinical psychologist and former senior advisor to U.S. military intelligence and special operations leadership. A graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a doctorate from Regent University, Chris brings over 15 years of applied psychological experience in high-stakes environments.
During his career in the U.S. Air Force, Chris held multiple leadership roles, including Flight Commander and the inaugural Lead Psychologist for the United States Space Force. There, he designed and implemented an embedded medical care program supporting over 9,000 personnel—reducing access barriers and streamlining care in mission-critical contexts.
Chris has advised special operations units across all military branches and most recently led behavioral strategy for a 5,000-member intelligence agency. His work consistently centers on operational performance, decision-making under pressure, and leadership cohesion.
At Lunabre, Chris partners with executive teams to drive strategic alignment, performance clarity, and sustainable team dynamics. His engagements surface blind spots, neutralize internal friction, and unlock high-trust execution.
Jeremiah Patterson

Co-Founder
Jeremiah "Jay" Patterson is a strategic advisor and retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant with two decades of experience advising senior leaders across the Pentagon and Intelligence Community. His expertise lies at the intersection of innovation, leadership alignment, and organizational performance.
A serial entrepreneur, Jay has launched and scaled eight ventures, including Taptl, a technology firm specializing in interactive transparent displays. In both military and commercial contexts, he has guided executive teams through high-stakes transformation, with a focus on behavioral dynamics, leadership clarity, and team performance.
At Lunabre, Jay partners directly with C-suite leaders to uncover operational bottlenecks, surface hidden friction points, and accelerate execution.
His work is delivered through high-impact engagements and deep diagnostic assessments—most notably, TRACER, Lunabre’s flagship culture and performance mapping process.
Jason Trew, PhD

Senior Advisor, Strategy & Innovation
Dr. Jason “TOGA” Trew is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, strategist, and former Commandant of the Department of Defense’s premier strategy school. With a 25-year military career that began as an F-15 pilot, TOGA has since become a sought-after advisor on leadership, innovation, and organizational performance.
TOGA holds a PhD in the history of technology and has led transformative efforts across defense and education—including revitalizing the U.S. Air Force’s leadership program and helping architect the Space Force’s learning and development systems. His work bridges operational strategy, systems design, and the behavioral dynamics of elite teams.
In both military and civilian sectors, TOGA has worked with senior leaders to unlock clarity, creativity, and execution at scale. He is certified in advanced facilitation, executive coaching, and energy management, and his approach draws on real-world experience as a commander, strategist, and educator.
TOGA also serves as a professor of Design Management at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where he teaches applied strategy, innovation systems, and organizational behavior.
His work has influenced leaders and cultures at NASA, Chick-Fil-A, Pepperdine University, Arizona State, and the U.S. Air Force Academy.
Tracy Mayfield, PsyD

Senior Advisor, Human Performance & Behavioral Science
Dr. Tracy Mayfield is a senior behavioral strategist and former Command Psychologist for U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command. A Lieutenant Colonel with over 17 years of military service, she has advised national-level decision-makers on performance optimization, psychological resilience, and organizational leadership in high-stakes environments.
A clinical psychologist by training, Tracy began her career in operational psychology and combat stress support, including deployments to Afghanistan as a SERE and Operational Stress Control Psychologist. She later led multidisciplinary behavioral health teams and was selected for the Air Force’s inaugural Aviation Psychology Fellowship, specializing in human factors, leadership dynamics, and culture transformation.
Tracy’s influence spans tactical and strategic levels. As Chief of Human Factors Assessment at the Air Force Safety Center, she helped shape aviation risk protocols and investigative systems. She later served as the lead psychologist for the 1st Special Operations Group and most recently as the Chief of Integrated Operational Support Psychology for the Department of the Air Force—advising Congress, setting mental health policy, and overseeing psychological strategy for 697,000 Airmen and Guardians.
Certified in aviation, operational psychology, and executive coaching, Tracy works with enterprise and elite teams to uncover blind spots, elevate leadership clarity, and strengthen organizational performance.
She is a trusted advisor to Major League Baseball, building a psychologically robust team culture for a premier franchise.
